LinearizeSystem as optional argument for creational updater

In some cases, it's useful not to linearize the system e.g. if you add explicit solvent or other objects to the simulation. As the linearizeSystem() in UpdaterAbstractCreate changes the indices and internal structure also in the output file, this should be an optional argument in all creational methods and not a default standard.
