This bug report is linked to #174

The _getMiddleLatLng returns a LatLng that does not get recalculated when zooming in. So, when you enable editing at a low zoomlevel (1-5) and zoom in afterwards (16-18), the middle icon can be off up to 10km..

Moved to Leaflet/Leaflet.draw#76 as Leaflet.draw is now the home for the vector editing handlers.
