Describe the bug
When I @ someone in a comment of a task, an email is sent to the person as well as a notification. That is working as expected. The problems are 1. The email does not contain a link to the link, nor mentioning the # of task; 2. The notification is not leading me to the task (it leads me to the project though) nor mentioning the # of the task.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a task
  2. Click on add a comment
  3. @ someone and save
  4. See error

Expected behavior
The email should contain a link. The notification, after being clicked, should lead me to the task.
