Animation of loading screen before game loop.

Proposal 1:

flame with colors
flame is the "loading bar"

Proposal 2:

player character standing next to flame (campfire scene)
scrolling dialogue under player character

There are two parts the character walk and the floor scrolling underneath here is a reference image on how it looks put together (not animated)
