Some ideas for pieces of an onboarding process for new leadership team members / study group hosts:

An agreed-upon approval process (an application form, brief in-person meeting or video chat with at least one existing leader, and a majority vote from existing leadership team?

-A standard welcome letter to email approved members

They need to join our Slack, GitHub team.
Get their contact info, LinkedIn, links to their active social media accounts like Twitter if applicable
