In magic-folder, running tox -e py27-nocoverage results in pkg_resources.ContextualVersionConflict: (cryptography 2.9.2 (/home/meejah/work/leastauthority/src/magic-folder/.tox/py27-nocoverage/lib/python2.7/site-packages), Requirement.parse('cryptography>=3.2'), set(['pyOpenSSL', 'pyopenssl']))

I believe this is related to gridsync/gridsync#311 and https://tahoe-lafs.org/trac/tahoe-lafs/ticket/3349

I guess this means that pyOpenSSL wants >3.2 and we've installed 2.9.2.
