Describe

ReBlured does not blur the background in third-person mode.

Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Put Leawind's Third Person and ReBlured in the same modpack
Enter the world and open your inventory in third-person mode
The background is not blurred

Expected behavior

ReBlured should always blur the background if any interface is open.

Additional context

Incompatibility does not cause warnings or errors in the log files.
