Hi there,

I have set up 2 ledgers with the same seed and the same entry for a password. The 2 ledgers worked perfectly well on linux and windows but not an MacOs. This is may be due to the keyboard layout being different between the world and apple.

Are you sure that your MAC has the same kind of keyboard than your PC ? (talking AZERTY/Qwerty/Qwerty International here)
You can change these in the app settings.
