Sometimes the device is sent a command, and even sends a positive response, but does not actually perform the command (color change, brightness, etc).

So far, it appears that this may be a firmware issue but not sure yet.

More data is welcome.

This is so frustrating, sometimes this reproduces often, but right now it's been 2 months (and I haven't made any changes).
