@dphaener @kenwheeler I haven't looked at this in a really long time, noticed it's getting 3kish downloads a month. If you guys have any input let me know. I'm going to look into simplifying this any more if possible and update some dependencies.

It appears that transitionSpeed only affects the closing? The opening appears to be hard-coded to 1 second which feels a bit sluggish to me.

Also, without completely replacing all styles via className, is there a way to just override one or two (such as transition mentioned above, or the opacity of the background, etc)?

So far, other than that, I like the simplicity!
