At images of type Pentax 645D (PEF) the coloring is wrong.

Please look at http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/canoneos600d/page16.asp and choose Pentax 645D in comperator view and switch to RAW. There you will find the download link.

dcraw_emu -w (camera white balance) produces good enough colors with current LibRaw (post 0.14-Alpha4).

The default (without -w) white balance is daylight, so the image is yellow because it is shot under artifical light. If you open the image in some Adobe converters (ACR or LR) and choose daylight WB you'll see the same yellow cast.

Sorry, this was my fault. I was missing to not only setting left offset, but also top offset * raw_width on active area reading from raw buffer - so bayer pattern did not match.
