Describe the bug
As the title suggests x11vnc will get hung up when a user click drags a Window under Ubuntu Mate 22.04. The mouse click stays jammed and the positioning and releasing of the mouse click does not occur.

gsettings set org.mate.Marco.general reduced-resources true

To Reproduce
Explained above.

Expected Behavior
x11vnc lets the Window move without freezing.
