Constants values and Formula

Set the values and formula as specified in the Spreadsheet for the economics model

  1. Rewards Era length
  2. Rewards cap
  3. Rewards claim limit in # of RewardEras
  4. Capacity modifier (% Capacity gained through Provider Boosting)
