Task to get hold of Stockton mobile library data.

Data is available here
https://www.stockton.gov.uk/arts-culture-and-leisure/libraries/find-a-local-library/library-mobile-services

Acceptance Criteria

  • Script is written to transform data
  • A CSV in the correct schema is ready for loading
  • CSV passed through the schema validation
