Phone app Library Page Crashing

On the phone app, the libraries page refuses to load. I have multiple libraries and need to be able to switch between them to scan and add items to both but because the page won't load I am trapped in one. This image shows what the screen looks like when I try to access that page. I have tried on both wifi and cellular connection and on multiple devices and it doesn't load on any.
