Describe the enhancement you'd like
As a user, I want to clear space by deleting backed up images.

Steps to implement it
Minimum viable implementation

check for each local image, if it is backed up
if it is, delete it with react-native-cameraroll

Possible Improvements

keep track of local images and just query backed up ones instead
