Describe the enhancement you'd like
Provide users with a way to choose a different face in the face detector/matching UI.

Describe why this will benefit the LibrePhotos
This will provide an overall better visual experience to users by allowing them to choose recent, high quality images of faces.

Additional context
Currently the face matching UI takes the first selected photo and uses it as that person's thumbnail forever.
