Also filter over notification area and lock screen

Hi there,

Great app, I was looking for a FOSS replacement for Twilight. Works great except that the lock screen and notification area/bar at top of screen and pulldown aren't dimmed. Is there a fix or setting for this?

Other than that it's great, and I appreciate the dedication involved in maintaining this over the years.
