in rare cases, the mods might want to put a player on a specific board. there it would be helpful if they could set a rating, only for the purpose of team generation.

i could imagine this working by simply making player ratings editable to the mods. the wrong rating would fix itself at the next update anyway.

there are very few use cases for this, so very low priority.
