Once we have the current R scripts working with R 3.5.x (see #11) then we should work on making sure that our parsing scripts for HISAT2 output summary files (originally written by Emily) work with newer HISAT2 versions.

I already created JHPCE modules for 2 newer versions of HISAT2.
