hmm 一个自动壁纸切换的application

壁纸管理（就简单的添加删除吧先
定时切换
random mode下每个壁纸带priority，越高的出现几率越大

optional：

ML recommendation based on previous wallpapaer, 比如之前你有一堆漂亮的waifu壁纸，偶尔会给你推荐新的waifu （・ω・）
