🐛 Bug

Pytorch 2.0.0 is out for some time now.
Running $pip install lightning-colossalai automatically downgrades torch to 1.13.1 and breaks everything

Environment

  • PyTorch Version: 2.0.1
  • OS: linux
  • How you installed PyTorch: docker image - pytorch/pytorch:2.0.1-cuda11.7-cudnn8-devel
  • Python version: 3.10.11
  • CUDA/cuDNN version: NVIDIA-SMI 525.105.17 Driver Version: 525.105.17 CUDA Version: 12.0
  • GPU models and configuration: a2000 and 3060

I do not see any constraints on this integration or the main repo side...
Could it come from the CollosalAi package?
