a /send will fail right now if the recipient has not created a wallet already. Can we create a wallet by default if a user is being sent sats for the first time?

We've tried that but it's not possible (at least with the official Telegram API) to get the Telegram User ID of a user that doesn't interact with the bot (security feature of Telegram, I suppose). The User ID (which never changes) is what we need to have unique accounts for every user, the telegram handle itself isn't fixed. We can't create wallets for a Telegram username, because that would could be used to takeover a wallet from another user.

You can still tip them because when you reply to another user's message, it's possible to get the user ID of that user.
