Druid class quest on Northdale isn't implemented with Patch 1.8

Videos are valid if and only if the footage contains a timestamp or
information that confirms the time it was recorded. Date of upload is NOT
valid and does not confirm when it was shot.

The Class Quest for Druids Torwa Pathfinder which leads to "A Better Ingredient" is not implemented with Patch 1.8. I also opened a ingame Ticket. Game Master Blunket answered me so i post it again here. The quests i miss are at first "Torwa Pathfinder": https://classicdb.ch/?quest=9063

Necroing this issue with new information.

Currently on Northdale the quest exists and works correctly, but is only given at level 54 (or 52). Seems like the only thing wrong is the obtained level. The following is an archived thottbot page for the quest, from 2007: http://web.archive.org/web/20071121105157/http://thottbot.com:80/q9063

Comments suggest that this quest should be obtainable at level 50. This change may matter for some players that wish to obtain the blue reward items as early as possible.
