SciencePlots defines several useful styles for Matplotlib that could be helpful in Pyleoclim.
The only dependency appears to be Matplotlib, so it would not add to our package's weight.

If included, we need:

  • dependency in setup.py
  • inclusion in environment.yml
  • CI test(s)
  • an illustration in the PyleoTutorials.
