iPhone 11
iOS 14.5.1

I restored my rootfs using SnapBack since the fugu app got deleted. I was having some issues so I needed to restore the rootfs. Upon re-installing Fugu after this, I get "Fugu is already installed" after I click Jailbreak + untether, and unc0ver now says Unsupported again, so I'm basically stuck.

Try uncover

Uncoverd was no more avaliable after restored rootfs by fugu14.

Have you tried deleting profiles and staring over?

I‘ve tried Swiping all data and profiles. Nothing changed.

How would you solve this problem?

Install thru Xcode. Once you get the app. Restorefs and start over or do it from AltStore

Just get the fugu app.
And also I think you can even do it from AltStore.
Install AltStore.
Download uncover v7.0.1.
Once you get into fugu app. Restorefs and reboot.
It should fix it.

Once you get the fugu app, fugu show setup Fugu14, Then step, return to altstore, perform the next step, and then return to fugu to display install untether, not restore rootfs

It seems like you are already in jailbroken state.

If so why not use uncover to restorefs and what happens when you tap on install.

They have the solution for you but you gotta hell shit. I don't know if you are experience or not. Read carefully and double check your work.
If you fuck up.
Worst case scenario. Gotta update to latest.
Best case you will get Cydia back
