jsdoc-toolkit fails to build on systems where /usr/bin/grep does not exist, including Ubuntu 14.04, which puts it in /bin/grep.

It also looks like the run script generated might fail if you don't have ksh installed, which I suspect most Linux distributions probably don't come with by default. (Most come with Bash, dash, and/or the Busybox shell preinstalled)
