I will look on this, thanks for reporting. I want to keep the 2.0 stable as bug free as possible.
Can you send me some example characters you typed so i can check it on my side?

please try input gakku（学区）, gakkou（学校）or just randomly input any english letter in japanese keyboard(hiragana/romaji input) , there will appear as shown in the screenshot.

Hmm on my side it works...
Does this problem only occur when typing or also on pasting?
Where are you running butterfly?

I mean if inputting "gakku", it should only show "学区".
This problem only occur when typing.
I forgot to say I use the newest windows portable version(linwood-butterfly-windows.zip v2.0.0-rc.0).😂

Oh I can reproduce it.
I will call it a bug but I didn't know about this feature.
