Description

Add a placeholder icon for external apps that don't have (connected via WalletConnect).

Icons placeholders on:

  1. Connected dApp icon.
  2. Connected chain icon.
  3. Chain native token icon.

Motivation

We should have a placeholder for those apps, so we align to the UI.
Right now, when a connection don't have icons, we are showing the connection this way to the user:
