Expected behavior

The application should log info regarding the syncing process

  • Block hash, Height, Round etc

Actual behavior

There is no log info regarding the node syncing state.

Steps to reproduce

  • Deploy 2.3.0-alpha.1
  • Monitor logs

Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)
