Description

Right now getLockedStakedAccount is an endpoint for PoSModule. I propose adding that functionality to the PoSMethod to make it available on other Modules.

Motivation

The DEX Governance Module requires the usage of getLockedStakedAccount, and connecting with the PoSModule via endpoints adds unneeded complexity.
