Lisk Build

A binary package building tool for Lisk. Allows automated compilation of binary packages, with support for multiple posix-based operating systems.

Please read how to install Lisk (from Binaries) if you are merely looking to install Lisk onto an already supported operating system / architecture.

Build Status License: GPL v3

Platforms

NOTE: For each platform, the resulting packages are placed within the src directory, using the following naming convention: lisk-{version}-{os}-{architecture}.tar.gz.

Linux

A Ubuntu Linux 14.04.5 LTS (base install) machine is assumed.

Prerequisites

The following packages must be installed to build releases with lisk-build:

sudo apt-get install build-essential autoconf libtool zlib1g-dev tcl8.5 moreutils

Additionally git is required to clone this repository:

sudo apt-get install git

How-To

  1. Clone repository:
git clone https://github.com/LiskHQ/lisk-build.git
  1. Change into lisk-build directory:
cd lisk-build
  1. Build package - Replace NETWORK with test or main, replace VERSION with specific version.
bash build.sh -n NETWORK -v VERSION
