Description

Update Lisk SDK to v6.0.0-rc.3

Acceptance Criteria

  • Update SDK to v6.0.0-rc.3
  • Ensure Lisk Core builds (locally and docker) and is able to start
  • Tag Lisk Core v4.0.0-rc.6
