Implement new design of splash-screen, login, and registration

This epic consists of the following parts

Splash screen

• A new static page with links to Login, Registration, Dashboard (explore as a guest), and Settings

Login page

• Behaves the same as the current login page (e.g. network switcher not displayed by default)
• The layout and look of elements on the page is different from the current login page

Registration process

Step 1/4: Choose your Avatar

• 5 different account are generated and their avatars displayed for the user to choose from
• no avatar is chosen at first, clicking "Confirm" button makes an animation of the avatars to attract user's attenion to them
• when one avatar is chosen, then user can go to the next step

Step 2/4: Backup your Passphrase

• Shows passphrase and allows to copy it to clipboard
• The paper wallet section will be added in a separate subtask

Step 3/4: Confirm your Passphrase

• behaves mostly like the current implementation
• only the first missing word is active at first and the second missing word can be selected only after the first one

Implement paper wallet

• The second step of registration should contain a button to generate and download pdf paper wallet.
