Move generic visual components to toolbox folder

We should move all generic visual components to the toolbox folder.

I could find these:

Maybe there are more. Each should be also added to the toolbox demo

What belongs to toolbox? A component that

• Is used independently from multiple pages
• has some css
• doesn't have HOC (is independant of our redux structure)

Based on the rules above the following don't belong to toobox

• https://github.com/LiskHQ/lisk-hub/tree/885d657fd9377a3b1a88ecb1b0403a7b050cc06b/src/components/liskAmount because it has no CSS. IMO it should be just a util function (in utils folder) with no react
