Biometrics verification asked after the account is deleted even if it's disabled

Expected behavior

When biometrics authentication is disabled, I shouldn't be asked for it anymore when having to authenticate.

Actual behavior

For account deletion flow, users are asked for biometrics auth even if it's disabled on settings.

Steps to reproduce

1. Login to an account.
2. Make sure biometrics auth is disabled on settings.
3. Delete that account.
4. You will see that biometrics are asked.
