Similarly to #951, summarily reject type 5 transactions.
Until the new implementation of registering new blockchain applications compatible with Lisk network is finalized, the support for registering new applications will be disabled. This saves the effort of supporting and migrating existing applications through the many foreseen protocol changes highlighted on the roadmap.
This breaking change and soft fork will be introduced in Lisk Core 1.7.0 release, meaning that due to the announcements made in LIP-0007:
version changes from 1.7.0 to 2.0.0
protocolVersion from 1.0 to 1.1.
Actual behavior
Lisk blockchain applications can be registered on both Testnet and Mainnet Lisk Networks by sending type 5 transaction.
Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)
