Description

Sodium native released an update that permits building in node 12.x although this version is still not LTS we can update sodium-native to support developers using current Alpha SDK.

Motivation

Sodium native released an update that permits building in node 12.x although this version is still not LTS we can update sodium-native to support developers using current Alpha SDK.

Acceptance Criteria

Sodium native is updated to 2.4.6
