Expected behavior

When block is being deleted, the headers stored by system module are updated.

Actual behavior

When block is being deleted, the headers remained unchanged.

Steps to reproduce

Validate headers after popLastBlock action.

Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)
