Proxy server authentication called twice

Hi,

I have a simple server configured:

    DefaultHttpProxyServer.bootstrap()
            .withPort(8000)
            .withProxyAuthenticator(new ProxyAuthenticator() {
                @Override
                public boolean authenticate(String username, String password) {
                    log.info("Authenticating");
                    return true;
                }

                @Override
                public String getRealm() {
                    return null;
                }
            })
            .start();

`

It seems that the ProxyAuthenticator authenticate method being called twice

Am I doing something wrong?
