Hi,
as i have visited your and my website from mobile device i think "need help tooltip" should be disabled when responsive chat mode is active and so the live helper button is on top of the page, infact they have a very bad look.

Shold be keeped if widget is on the button of the page.

Is very bad look and, if you have installed on wordpress you don't see the admin bar when you are logged in, so keep only button without the need help tooltip for when chat is responsive on mobile device.

First part fixed. Eeerything else can be customized using themes part.

You can append css rule just to move to the bottom. I cannot do that, because widget html is prepended at the top always, making if fixed could conflict wither others widgets. So best way is just let uses to style it as he wants.
