Visitor name, email & phone stored in cookie #678
Comments
+1 When you have visitor who coe back not all time user loose time to rewrite full email address. |
I like the idea of helping the users even more by saving there data. But it's an bad idea to store user information directly in cookies. Cookies are vulnerable, I would strongly suggest to save the information in a database together with an UID or token. |
It's just LHC users idea, then I do this stuff, it will be stored in database in any case. |
Hello, is there any way to give this more priority? Head of my department is really interested in this, we are seriously considering support this feature by donating. Please let me know. |
So the goal is to remember the visitor name, email and phone number and store it in the database and add an option in the admin settings to turn this feature off? |
Hello,
we would like to store visitor details for future chats in cookie for auto completion in new chat request form....
