Pipeline Developer Readme

Pipeline is a project to allow civic coding teams to share plans for their work in order to collaborate. It's a prototype project from LocalGov Digital

It's heavily based on an old version of the Roadkill codebase.

Pre-requisites

To setup Roadkill on a developer machine, you will need:

Visual Studio 2017
SQLite & SQL Server Compact Toolbox

Installation

Pull down master branch
Aquire SqlLite database
Run from visual studio.
