Hello i use nether ex in 1.12.2-2.2.5 version and libraryEx 1.12.2 1.2.2. In nether biome i dind see any mobs spawned from mod like, Spore Creeper Salamander, Spinout, Spore. Mobs from minecraft and other mod spawn well. Biomes work too. I dont change any config file.
