Currently this is cached on the first page and carried to all other pages, also this is annoyingly used on admin pages, need to work out a way around that.

The entire configuration needs to be associated with the cid. I noticed the rule was acting the same for both anon and authenticated users.

I couldn't remember how to break this, so I am just attaching a screenshot of a successfully bjorked cache ruining the fun.
