Random crash to desktops . Unstable happiness(might be balence)

unable CTD happens fast - will provide extra info in feedback in forum and will update post

played for a few turns, no crash - possibly because if mitigations i put in place against #9246 but no way to be sure

Thanks for checking it might be I have the graphics set too high, I cant reproduce it now ive toned down the graphics but i think the unhappiness is unstable though or I might be wrong but it just feels off
