syosetuDownloader has Stopped working

I've tried with 2 different Windows PC, It's the same error,
This error is from PC with Windows 7 SP1 64 bit, Using Latest MS Dot Net Framework 4.8
The other one is from PC with Windows 7 32 bit, using MS Dot Net Framework probably 4.0+(don't remember, but a few month ago syosetuDownloader worked fine on this computer too )
