Steps to reproduce

scroll down a site, so that the TOC autom. is collapsed
edit a section
save or escape (it doesn't matter)
TOC is now expanded but has to be collapsed
scroll down doesn't collaps it

Versions

[Bootstrap3 Template] latest
[DokuWiki] Greebo (Frusterick Manners was the same behavior)
[Plugins]
[Browser] Firefox 59.02
