Mainly moved most Japanese into ja.js

1. Moved most Japanese into ja.js;
2. Create a zh.js for some test Chinese translations;
3. Remove react-intl since I found it is not needed, insted, I used a simpler self-made value replacer.
4. I let moment auto changes timezone base on the browser language (maybe not good idea)

Todo:

• Somewhere to change language and save config (I see @/store but did not quit read it yet)
• Finish translation?
