目前合规要求必须添加权限说明弹窗，在外部进行了存储权限判断，进入后可选择图片或拍照，点击拍照时 仅第一次请求权限能正常弹出权限说明，后续再点击 有权限请求但无权限说明。当前在Demo和项目中，均能复现。
